Review requests
Our review form asks for an organization name, contact name, email address, public website URL, organization type, approximate organization size, review goals, additional notes, and confirmation of authorization. We use this information to assess project fit, respond to your request, and coordinate an accessibility review. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.
How submissions are handled
Our review form is embedded from Tally. Information you submit through the form is processed by Tally so we can receive and respond to your request. Please contact us if you are unsure whether a submission went through before submitting again.
Service providers and hosting
Tally and our website hosting provider may process technical information to operate and protect their services. The embedded form is governed by Tally’s privacy policy. We do not sell inquiry information. You can also contact us directly by email if you prefer not to use the embedded form.
Analytics
We have not added a separate advertising or analytics service to this website. The embedded form is provided by Tally as described above. If this changes, we will update this policy to explain the information collected and how it is used.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry information is used to respond and coordinate the relevant project. You may ask to correct or delete your information or stop receiving project communications. We aim to retain inquiry information only as long as needed for these purposes.
Research
Future research is intended to use aggregated, anonymized project data. Your contact details are not intended for publication. Project-specific permissions and data handling will be agreed separately.
